The portfolio covers 200 to 600 m² properties for 8 to 14 people, with 4–6 bedrooms (often en-suite), split across two levels or with a separate guest annex for grandparents. Pools are fenced, with a separate shallow area for children (often heated to 30 °C), and gardens are private and safe for unrestricted running around.
Kid-friendly amenities include high chairs, baby cots (free on request), playgrounds with swings and slides, table tennis, bowling alleys, cinema rooms with projector and gaming consoles. Parents appreciate the equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, dishwasher and large fridge — enabling real cooking rather than daily restaurant outings.
We choose locations deliberately: inland, 5–10 minutes' drive from the beach, away from the main tourist routes but within reach of shops, pharmacies and paediatricians. These are places where children can run around the garden until dusk with no traffic in front of the gate.
