A villa with a heated pool extends the season to a full seven months — April to October — with no compromise on water temperature. A heated pool is typically kept at 28–30 °C, so morning swims in May and evening dips in September are just as enjoyable as in mid-summer.
Our heated-pool portfolio includes modern villas with heat pumps (the most economical option), hybrid solar-plus-gas systems and classic electric setups. Each villa page lists the heating system, whether heating is included or charged as a daily/weekly add-on. Most owners offer a daily flat fee (around €30–60) depending on the system and pool size.
A heated pool is especially worthwhile for families with small children, off-season travellers and corporate groups taking advantage of lower May or September rates while still getting the full summer experience. Many of our heated-pool villas also have a cover (Roman cover or motorised roof), which further reduces heat loss and energy use.
Our local team checks each heating system before every new booking. If something fails, we are on site the same day — that is the difference between booking directly with us and booking through the big platforms, where guests often wait days for any intervention.
Heating costs are transparent and clearly stated before payment — no surprise add-ons on arrival.
